The Real Conversation
When a woman tells me “AI scares me,” what I often hear underneath is:
- “What if I try and fail publicly?”
- “What if I’m too late?”
- “What if people realize I don’t have it all figured out?”
Sis, those aren’t technology problems. Those are heart problems. And they’re keeping you smaller than God designed you to be.
What AI Actually Reveals
Here’s what I’ve seen happen when women 40+ start using AI:
It reveals how much you already know. When you prompt AI about your area of expertise, you’ll find yourself correcting it, improving it, adding nuance it missed. That’s not a small thing — that’s proof of your wisdom.
It reveals where you’ve been playing small. AI can draft the email, write the post, outline the offer. Suddenly the excuses disappear. What’s left is the real question: are you willing to be seen?
It reveals how much time you’ve been wasting. Tasks that took you 3 hours now take 30 minutes. What will you do with that time? This is where faith meets strategy.
The Biblical Perspective
Esther didn’t have AI. But she had something better — divine positioning and courage. When Mordecai told her “perhaps you were made queen for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14), he wasn’t talking about comfort. He was talking about stepping up when the moment demands it.
This is your “such a time as this” moment. AI is the tool. Your wisdom is the asset. Your faith is the foundation. The world needs what you carry.

- Take one small AI action. Use one of the prompts from our previous post. Just one.
- Pray about your next step. Ask God: “What do You want me to do with the time and clarity AI gives me?”

You’re not too late. You’re not too old. You’re right on time for what God has for you. AI is just a tool to help you get there faster.
