The Women Behind the
Business

Who are the Grandmas?
Our community seeks to celebrate the profound legacy of women aged 45 and beyond, fondly referred to as “Grandmas.” These trailblazers, who remember the 80s and 90s, have navigated their way through societal norms, patriarchy, and workplace biases, carving a path for future generations of women. Their battles and triumphs have ushered in an era where younger women can enjoy liberties and opportunities that they themselves had to fight for. Our term “Grandmas” transcends biological relationships and pays homage to all mature women who have played the nurturing role of a grandmother, mentor, or guide to the younger generation. Whether they’re grandmothers, grand-aunts, or simply mentors, their wisdom, patience, and experiences are the guiding lights, inspiring and shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
