- Developing a successful mindset for the VA industry.
- Setting up foundational systems: time management, task tracking, and client communication.
- Naming your VA business: brainstorming and considerations.
Week 2: Building Your Business Systems
- Overview of key business systems: operations, marketing, sales, and delivery.
- Essential VA tools for task management, payments, cloud storage, communication, etc.
- Knowing your business numbers: billable hours, client capacity, budgeting, and expenses.
- Setting up E-signature and notes+graphics tools.
